auto-delete some threads after a specific time

i'd like to have the ability to set an amount of months after which thread are auto-deleted.
In my case, id like to create a community around sports events. I'd like to create on thread per event, and so people can post their picture in comments to the thread.
As it could be very heavy, and quickly messy, i'd like to have an auto-delete function for threads older than 12 months in that specific channel
