Automate group removal

I crearted inactive member groups (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months). Planning to use the workflow with every group.

It would be great that the person gets removed from the previous group as they go down the funnel of doom to have better tracking.

I currently can't find a way to do that.

    Please add this! Currently there is the option to filter based on group and then add to a new group, but I need to remove a selection of users from a group based on which other groups they are in or not in.

    Hey Saif! You can do this by adjusting your filter settings for each group. For example, you can set up your filter for "Inactive Members (30 days)" to:

    Last login more than 29 days ago AND Last login less than 90 days ago.

    That will remove someone from the group as soon as they enter the next tier of inactivity, which for you is 3 months (90 days).
