Automated group filtering based on time from join date

When setting up groups I would like to be able to reference a variable, such as the join date, in the filters. This way I could filter on members who have not logged in since their join date, or have only logged in x number of times since their join date. As it is now I have to specify a number of days or a specific date, but join dates vary too widely for this to be functional.
