Automated Workflows for External Event Attendees (To allow bulk email for externals)

Feature Request: Automated Workflows for External Event Attendees

Current Limitation: Workflows can only target community members, but many communities host public events with external guests who aren't members yet. There's no way to automatically follow up with these external attendees.

Requested Feature:

Add "External Event RSVPs" as a user filter option in workflows

Allow targeting external attendees from specific events or all events

Enable post-event follow-up automation to nurture external guests toward membership

Use Case: After hosting a number of workshop events, we want to automatically send follow-up resources to external ticket holders just after the event ends to encourage engagement and potential membership. I have tried to create this a number of times with workflows and automations using the BETA and chat but no way to do. Please can this be added as the external emails are saved into Heartbeat as they have RSVP'd so should be possible. Thank you!

Business Impact: This would enable automated lead nurturing from events, improving conversion from external attendees to community members.
