Changed Doc names don't update in linking threads

When docs are linked to in threads, then you change the title of your doc, the new title doesn't appear to also get updated on the link.
In my image example, I have changed my Community Rules document to just be called "Rules" and I would have expected the link in this thread to also update with the new name.
