Channel Emoji

Why do you have to choose an emoji on a channel? First of all, emojis look cheap and come across as childish. If you want to build a professional community for adults with a serious theme, your own branding plays an important role; emojis are simply no longer appropriate for menu items and are extremely limited.

I'd like to be able to upload my own icons.
