Channel title can be re-used in different courses

As we are one of those who run different courses with different user groups we would need to name channels with the same title more than once.

e.g. in all our courses we have a channel where users can introduce themselvses (linked with the onboarding setup) but we can't name the channel "Intro" twice. Only one channel with the title "Intro" is allowed. :-(
