THe thread chat should have push notification when using mobile app or website. At least, there is an option for people to turn on/off the chat notification. As right now, there is no push notification when using the thread chat.
I have enabled the notification for the chat. It seems the notification is delayed.

There is a new notifications area under account settings (click your name in the bottom left corner, then "notifications"). Here, you'll find an option to turn on notifications for chat channels. You can scroll down & override certain channels to do the opposite of how you set it as well.

Misty Dorman - Heartbeat Team it still doesnt come up as a notification of where on the app it is, like the red dot on an iphone when you get an email. the number isnt shown on the app, this would be really good.
