Click channel name or "Feed" to refresh/load new items in main feed or channel feed, instead of having to hit refresh in the browser

Since Heartbeat doesn't refresh and show the user new content on it's own, I'd love to have the main feed or channel feeds refresh and add more content by clicking on the channel name, or the "Feed" button.

I just went to do that instinctively, since this is how the UX and UI works in other community apps like Facebook Groups or Reddit (and Discord updates in real time), but noticed Heartbeat doesn't do this.

Would love this feature! Small quality of life update, with a bit impact. :)
