COURSES - improve descriptions capabilities

Eg. for module descriptions only plain text is possible. While I’d like to be able to use hyperlinks, embed urls, link to other parts withing HB with # and $, embed images (https://heartbeat.canny.io/feature-requests/p/photos-in-courses)
etc.
