For paid groups, every user that joins has to pay individually. It would be great to add the functionality so that one person pays and is able to invite X other colleagues for free.
this is a killer app feature. e.g. I support toastmaster clubs, small businesses and some corporates where I can see a "team/group" price to add a team of Toastmasters Club say 5 people (either specified or open) would be a really good way to sign up multiple people and not just "the boss"
As a coder, I also see it is a major project and will look at how I could manager this from outside using the api
