Custom Chat Widget
I'd like t have the ability to embed my custom chat widget. This is helpful when the 1:1 chat is disabled but have the members communicate with the host through a chat.
I use tawk.to, chative.io and BotStar chat widgets for my site. Having this ability will allow me to receive chats through the widget and respond in a structured way.

Something must be possible with this because they're using Intercomm for their own chat bubble to show up. It feels like maybe the feature just isn't turned on for the rest of us, but I could be wrong.

Tawk.to integration would be very nice to see, where user's data is automatically populated into the chat widget as well. I know they allow that.
