Is there a rough date of when this might be available (even if it’s Q4 or next year etc) because event emails are all sent through the same email if someone blocks another Heartbeat community’s emails they won’t receive mine. And ESP’s that bundle mail from the same address are putting Hearth updates mixed in with my community updates which I can see getting really confusing for users in multiple communities. I’ll have to try and hook this up in Zapier right now to send my own event notifications and round up posts but it’s be good to get an idea of whether I need a short term fix or something that will work for months. Thank you!

Email white-labelling & text customization is here!
Emails can now be sent through your own domain. This includes invite emails, weekly digests, event rsvp emails, notification emails, and more! You can also customize text on some of these emails (invitations & weekly digest emails).
To get started, follow these steps:
Visit Settings > Email Settings and follow the process to connect your domain
Choose which email address all new emails will come from
Customize text for different email types
For now, email customization is limited to invitation emails & weekly digest emails, but we're working to expand this over time!
This feature is for all customers on the Growth & Business tiers of Heartbeat.

I'm not sure exactly what SMTP is, but I'm upvoting the idea of customizing emails that are sent, such as those sent to invite people to join the community, or offer notifications. I'd like these to be in my own voice, and definitely feel like they are from me.

I'm disappointed that I'd have to pay $129 a month just to customise the weekly digest email. This really should be standard. It's not a premium feature.

If you add an image to your event in Heartbeat, the email that sends out will have the image on it instead of that colored bar. I agree the emails need more customizability.

Subject of the email can not be changed
CTA button text can not be changed

So that when I tried it, I saw a terrible pile of unreadable text, with an english subject while my mail is in french and an english cta.
