Custom Salespage redirect when user hits paid restricted access

I would like to have a custom salespage redirect from paid communities or group when a customer sees a restriced access. For instance, this might look like - 1) Customer sees restricted access warning (instead of just a redirect to the upgrade payment billing option) 2) User is automatically redirected to a salespage hosted externally for instance www.mycoolsalespage.com.
