I originally posted this in ask the community so moving it here. This error messages makes me worry that people would not trust HB for payments or to use

Scenario:
I changed the path or link before I implemented the custom domain and a member hit a link from an old email.
The image is what they received and that does NOT build confidence nor cause our audience to want to use their credit cards or even sign in.
I believe the message is from HB but cannot confirm that it’s NOT from their email app.
