Desktop UI: Restore Create Voice Room Functionality

The update to v1.2.1 making desktop UI layout changes, removed significant ephemeral voice room functionality;

a) the "+Create Voice Room" button that was under Member Conversations on the left hand menu has vanished.

It is still possible to start a call from the member profile, but not create a room and invite multiple members.

b) the voice room in progress information (members in room, signal strength) that was previously on the left hand menu just below the member conversations is no longer visible.

It was really helpful to see if the person you were talking to had muted or lost signal while on the move (and so stop talking into the void).

c) Having started a call, on clicking the camera button to enable video it is not obvious where the video stream is displayed. This was previously a small image at the top of the right menu that could be seen from everywhere in the UI. Now it is shown in a right hand card that is only visible in the conversation channels when scrolled to to top. If scrolled down from the top thread or on docs, courses or DMs then you don't see any obvious video stream.

The left hand menu would be a better location for this element rather than a card in the main area, then you can continue to navigate the entire app and still see video.

I would like this functionality restored.
