Disable/Hide members to other members

I would like to request to add an option to enable/disable seeing members other members. Only admins should be able to see, who and how many members are there on the platform. Obviously, this way members wouldn't be able to contact each other. We want to keep this platform private for our members i.e. most of our members wouldn't be intrested in letting others find them there as well.
For example, I teaxh people how ro lose weight. So anyone joing my classes wouldn't want the others to know about their joining.
