The 1st 14 days of a person joining any community is important, it dictats whether they'd stay/renew/leave. having the option to schedule 14 days DM messages would be great to help nurture the person so they don't feel lost.
I posted a new idea for HB to consider an automations feature. ck it out here. https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpulANll . It would be the beginning of lots of potential behavioral marketing kinds of activities. That include email but also upsell campaigns, email newsletter, membership activation or removal, tagging members a certain way to trigger unique automations based on behavior or avatar needs.
