Drag and Drop Reordering for Channel Categories

It would be great to have full drag and drop reordering for channel categories in the left sidebar, similar to how individual channels can already be moved between categories.

Currently, categories can be moved, but only one line at a time, making it very tedious to reposition a category by several places. For example, a newly created category always appears at the bottom and requires many small incremental moves to get it where it needs to be in the sidebar hierarchy.

Being able to freely drag a category to any position in one fluid movement would make organizing the sidebar much faster and more intuitive, especially for communities with several categories and a mix of member-facing and admin-only sections.
