Dynamic URLs for Custom Links

It'd be amazing to be able to have dynamic URLs there, depending on whose account is clicking.

For example, when tom@example.com clicks the custom sidebar url, it appends his email as a url parameter, and when sally@example.com clicks the custom sidebar url, it instead appends her email as a parameter; thus, our external services will be able to know who is clicking our external links.

This is very useful for many use-cases

    Please add a pre-populating onboarding fields via URL parameters (e.g., ?email=...&name=...)

    And supporting dynamic links.

    I need to send user identitiy on a external website (because Heatbeat doesn’t have some advanced mechanics, embed is blocked on a apple devices)

    I need to send user identity in link. how i can do that ? https://www.external.com/diagnostic?email={{member.email}} or ?id={{member.id}} not works

    +1 – Query string parameters that could be insert into anywhere URLs are accepted would be so rad. Logged in user info, current page info, etc.

    Was hoping to do something like this for an external assignment in a course.

    This is very much needed - any ID that we can use to identify the person making the click
