Dynamic URLs for Custom Links

It'd be amazing to be able to have dynamic URLs there, depending on whose account is clicking.

For example, when tom@example.com clicks the custom sidebar url, it appends his email as a url parameter, and when sally@example.com clicks the custom sidebar url, it instead appends her email as a parameter; thus, our external services will be able to know who is clicking our external links.

This is very useful for many use-cases
