Editing someone else's post as an admin

I help build communities for clients and I would really like to 1. Be able to post as another admin (ex: setting up the welcome space - I don't want it to be from me) 2. Be able to edit someone else's post (ex: said admin posts the welcome, but I need to go in and add a link)
