Email blast visibility

As a community admin, I should be cc'd on any email blasts that I send from my community.

If each blast can be visible within Heartbeat (as a Workflow that has ran, for example) that would give me confirmation that the emails were sent successfully. There's nowhere to check what happened to an email blast at the moment.
