Email Notifications for Comments on Own Post

Unread DMs and mentions get an email, but most people comment on a post without tagging the person posting. It would be helpful to be able to get emails when people comment on a post you make. (bonus to turn on notifications for any post if you want to see the comments on it as they come in too.)
