Embedable Forms or landing pages with forms

Again, still having to use soooo many platforms to get people into HeartBeat. I keep all my free offers inside HB.

I would love embedable forms (or even better ways to create landing pages) where the form, after they fill out their name and email, creates an account for them and allows them access to the area(s) we have created in groups.

Currently, I use WordPress for LP, embed a Mailerlite form, and create a TY Page with an HB signup link and email automation that includes the link again for signup. I wish it could create their content automatically to reduce drop-off.
