Enable carousel customization

I’d like to customize the right sidebar in my community.

Specifically, I want to add permanent banners/cards just below the “Trending Post” widget to give members dynamic access to other parts of the community (like Courses, Events, Tools).

Is it possible to enable custom widgets or sidebar customization for my community?
