Enable the ability for certain roles to make announcements

I think it's imperative that you can assign any member you want the ability to make announcements on a specific channel (in such a way as to notify everyone on that channel), but without having to give other permissions.

Imagine a sales department, I want there to be a channel where not only the community administrator can make announcements of important things, I would also like the manager and the person in charge of communication to use that space to make an important announcement, to notify . On a channel where no one else can write.

This I think is very necessary.

It would be like WhatsApp groups where only moderators can write. But I don't want them to have other permissions in the community in addition to this later.
