Enlarge Embedded Videos & Presentations on the app

Any chance there can be a tweak for an option to enlarge embedded videos and presentations in courses and resources, on the app? With the desktop view, I can enlarge a video or presentation. However, while viewing on my cell phone, the video and presentation do not have the enlarge option. Rotating my phone doesn't work either.
