Events Conducted Outside Zoom and HB

We conduct an event outside Heartbeat and zoom(like Meet, Teams, etc), it should be possible to upload the meeting recording for people who couldn't join? Or a place to embed link? Uploading on the Heartbeat servers would bear you extra cost, so I feel embed links will be better.
