Events: Default sort Past Events from newest first in Agenda view

Currently, in the Agenda view, Past Events auto-sort chronologically from oldest first. Most users would want to see the most recent past event, not one from months (or eventually, years) ago. Right now they need to scroll down to the bottom of all events to see the most recent past events.
