Export/Import Groups and it's Structure

I am planning on having over 200 communities that will operate like my first one. I have created and organized over 500 “Location” groups for my INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY. I would like to copy the groups and group structure and import them in a new community.

[I am willing to share the structure with other Hearties [free] if they too are creating an International community with HB]
