File Manager Community App

Feature Requests

I was wondering if you can add a new community app called files/File manager. So that we can share some important files with the community. Something like google drive but with the core focus on community sharing.

For me to use this, I would need to be able to link directly to them and be able to replace a document (if updated) without having the link break.
