Filtering and sorting options on the Courses page

It would be really valuable to add filtering and sorting options on the Courses page as course libraries grow.

Users need to be able to filter by:

• topic or category of interest

• purchased vs not purchased

• included in membership

• completed or in progress

• Plus custom filters admins can use to tag courses

General sorting (e.g. newest, alphabetical, level) would also greatly improve navigation.
