Fine-tune email notifications

Is there a way to fine-tune the email notifications?
I DO want to get an email when someone calls out to me personally.
I DO NOT want to get an email when someone calls out with a catch-all phrase such as @everybody or @hearties or @user or whatever.
Is that possible?

    I think notification need more granular control. Currently it send both in-app and email. Possible to adjust this too. Some members prefer not to get any email notification at all and just the notification from the app.
