Echoing here the ability to have more command over how lesson content is formatted.

ADHD Coach in the house who works with ADHD folks and creative types and we love our design and colours. But it doesn't come across when we are limited to full width images and limited formatting options.

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ Having more than one colour font (or more than one colour

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ of those call out boxes) would be great.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Smaller pictures (or larger icons) to help break up text.

🌟✨✨✨✨🌟 And trying to illustrate this, I just figured this out!

🌟✨✨✨✨🌟 But yeah. Better would look like an icon or small image

    🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I could upload.

    For example:

I wanted to use a designed header for sections of the lessons but the amount of whitespace around the uploaded images doesn't look polished.

    🟒🟒 πŸ™πŸΌ Also - let there be colour! 🟒🟒

    🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒🟒

Those call out boxes would be great if there could be more than one colour.

And more than 3 icons. Pleeeeease.

I get painfully bored of things looking the same and it can make a huge difference to be able to spice up the words on our page with formatting.

    Ta!

I'm so surprised we can't use italics when formatting in the course lessons. I tried to force it with markdown and it shows up while in draft mode but when I click publish and it's live, it doesn't show up as italics, especially when looking at it on mobile. And italics is not an option in the little formatting bar. It's such a basic way to emphasize. I don't always want to make things bold to stress something.

Even worse…there are NO styling options for users when the post from mobile! Please bring this in ASAP.

These request don’t get much votes, but are HUGE quality of life improvements for users and admins alike.

More options for accessibility, including font size, colour, background

The formatting options are supported in courses, posts, and docs… I'm not sure where you might be missing them or why you have not yet discovered them.

Kai Lossgott Only very minimally. Things like bold, underline, font, and two header options. I have no controls over spacing, changing individual word sizes, adjusting how embeds are presented, the sizes of images… it's just super basic controls which just aren't enough to create dynamic content.

Unless I'm just having an operator error (haha) and haven't figured out how to do this. I'm pretty tech savvy though so… maybe there's something else not working on my end?

Eryn Anitavi I can understand wanting better options… but for the most part, I can do the things you listed in posts, courses, and resouces. Like you said, though sometimes I just use the text commands. It's weird what and how to trigger the contextual menu. But you can put images in the middle of text. You don't have as much control on the sizing and spacing, but it's usually good enough.

Another tip that works on resources at least is using Notion.

I'd love bullets and better formatting in comments though

I made a request for there to be a full HTML editor baked in here https://heartbeat.canny.io/feature-requests/p/i-want-to-add-proper-html-code

I do notice that in creating new Thread / Post, you have quite a lot of formatting option including pasting multiple images, links, emoji, etc, as well.

However, under reply, it gets restricted. U can only paste either 1 image or link, lots of formatting options gone like embed link, bullet point, etc.

Is it possible for all these to be same for whether new post, reply, knowledge documents, etc.

    And easier emoji add-into text.
