Give Moderators access to Offers without Revenue information

I wish Moderators could have access to edit Offers, as well give and remove exemptions to offers, manage access WITHOUT Revenue information (ie lifetime revenue and MMR).

It’s exciting to hear there’s more Stripe settings coming to Heartbeat, but right now everyone on my team has to be an Admin to do their work, and it’s unnerving to have more sensitive financial settings available to everyone.

Right now it’s either give people access to everything or nothing.
