HB Payments - Ability to show (and collect consent for) different Terms of Service for different Offers

It would be good to have the ability to show (and collect consent to) different Terms of Service depending on your Offer. This is because we may have several offers and the Terms of Service may vary for each. For example, for a time-limited course, I have different Terms of Service than I have for my membership. Currently, only one document can be shown.
