Hide Revenue in Offer section from Moderator Roles

I'd love a more nuanced controls over Roles. I'd like them to have access to manage Members and Access Groups, without having to share all the revenue information in the Offer section.

Even if I could just give them permission to Access Groups and not Offers, that would be better than nothing.
