Identify PENDING MEMBERS and make trigger for Zapier available

Please have a way for us to identify the emails of individuals who are PENDING and have not completed registration.
Also, if they are marked pending, it would be great to have a connection point here with Zapier and other integrations so I can have them added to the list BEFORE they complete registration. It would make it much easier to know who needs help finishing registration.
Right now, I am comparing payments in Stripe with members in the group to find out who needs help getting in.
