Improve Emoji Display on Desktop

Emojis just display weird on desktop. This one, for example is supposed to be the "see no evil" monkey. Hovering it with my mouse on desktop doesn't tell me what it is (which would be nice to add even if the display is fixed). They actually look normal/good
on mobile.
