Improve Platform Stability

As of late, Heartbeat has been glitchy, such that members have told me that they've needed to make a new Discord community just to stay in touch for down time. They still do use Heartbeat itself, but it seems as if the uptime is only 90%, and the 10% is impacting community engagement.

More than all the bells and whistles, I just hope to have a more stable platform.
