Improve Scheduling Interface & Function

The scheduling interface and its function currently makes no sense. Here is a screenshot.

• I see "drip notifications enabled", but I have only scheduled lessons, not dripped. (I did try enabling that but it is useless for cohorts as you can't set a start date. Instead you end up manually scheduling everything for weeks.)

• I see "notifications", but where does it drip or schedule to?

• I see a bell icon and an email icon, but I currently cannot click on them to configure or find out more.

• I would love to control email workflows here. What is that button for?

• Where are these messages are going and how will they be displayed?
