Improvement of roles for moderators

I need my moderators to be able to send automated messages in workflow.
For exemple when a student finishes a course he receives a congratulation message from a moderator (and not from me )
Problem. Right now i can choose a moderator as a sender only if he has admin access in his role. So i gave them access because i really needed to send messages from their profile. But they have access to my revenue, my offers, my groups etc
it’s dangerous if they break something and quite not appropriate as they can see how much money the company makes.
Can you please add more subtility in roles ?
