Improving Japanese Input Experience

This proposal seeks to unify the behavior of the Enter key across comments and posts to prevent the submission of incomplete text during Japanese input. By adjusting the system to not post comments until the user has finalized their text, we aim to reduce typing stress, enhance trust in the service, and respond to the needs of Japanese users.
