Increase video upload limits beyond 10mb for student/teaching communities

As an admin, I want to make sure my students can submit their assignments in video form but I need more than 10 mb for them to submit. It's too much to ask them to upload a video to youtube, set the permissions, get back to heartbeat - I'll lose engagement.
