Interactive Docs/Resources tree for admin management

Docs/Resources Tree and Easy Edit

The Docs/Resources area could become unwieldy as the community grows and accumulates many documents. Pulse can already pull a tree of the resources area for review (see image). Add an interactive tree where Admin can select documents to move around between areas, archive them, and click into them to view the document, functioning like an intranet. It would also help if the document showed a last edit date in this view.
