Join the community

The current process is too lengthy and inconvenient for mobile users to join the community. After they receive an invitation link, they have to go through the following steps:

Open the invitation link.

Download the apps (This is where we lose new users).

Wait for the app to download successfully.

Go back to their email inbox to copy the code from the email.

Return to the app and paste the code.

Enter their email address.

Go back to the email inbox again to retrieve the confirmation code.

Complete the onboarding process (upload profile picture/answer questions).

We believe the underlined steps can be simplified as follows:

Open the invitation link.

Enter the email address in the internet browser.

Receive an email verification link and code for the Heartbeat.chat account

Complete the onboarding process (upload profile picture/answer questions) in the internet browser.

After successfully signing up for the community, users will receive a notification pop-up with an option to download the apps.

We also suggested that everytime the users signing back in - there should be both email verification link and code provided
