Limit posts per user over rolling windows
Limit posts per user over rolling windows (hour/day). Add rate limits/cooldowns between posts. Let mods combine/collapse rapid posts from one user. Improve sorting/display so new posts don't bury recent ones. Allow mods to toggle these rules per member.
