Loom Thumbnail Display For Mobile

Currently Loom thumbnails display as solid black on mobile. So if you're scrolling and there are many Loom videos, all you see is black after black after black. This isn't a good user experience.

On desktop the thumbnail displays as the normal GIF thumbnail, which makes you want to click and watch the loom.
