Make 'Feature Requests' relevant

If your customer voice is relevant to you, commit to a weekly/bi-weekly (monthly at least) internal 'triage' to review & discuss highest voted requests & then show some appreciation & commitment by at least stop ghosting unpleasant (years old) requests but by either implementing them or share why its not possible (while you seem to release a lot stuff that nobody even asked for.

Seriously annoyed by how things evolved - or is it simply to get rid of the LTD users?
