Make spaces valid for inline completion of @usernames on mobile

On the web, @ mentions bring up usernames, including spaces. Not so on mobile (both v18 and before), and the order isn't fathomable. Be great to know what that is (recency? activity), or just make it alphabetical. @ mentioning some people in the community can currently take minutes of scrolling.
